This vintage powder compact is suitable for use with modern pressed / solid face powder or as a handbag mirror.
A Stratton 'Mini - Convertible' compact mirror with a gold plated lid which has an etched design the makers called 'Linen'. The red and grey roses and foliage are beautiful and there isn't any loss of design. All clasps and hinges work perfectly. The mirror is excellent and gives a clear reflection. The original waxed paper insert to protect the powder well is still in place. The base is decorated with the star pattern and signed 'Stratton MADE IN ENGLAND'.
This compact measures 3" and weighs 72.1 grams.
