This is a large brooch of heart shaped Scottish agate. It is set in a solid silver crimped mount with rope detailing to edge. The rich chocolate agate is flecked and bevel cut, with a smooth face. A delightful example and a great gift idea for someone special. The pin is secured with a 'C' clasp and although not marked, the brooch tests as silver.
