Three Door Bookcase Display Cabinet, Early 20th C

A good quality and unusual glazed walnut bookcase or display cabinet dating to the first half of the 20th century. Featuring a projecting cornice with a narrow band of stylised egg and dart carving, three arched glazed doors to both the top and bottom sections and unusual front facing serpentine feet with in-curving brackets to the sides.
It has a planked back and each door is fitted with a brass Arts & Crafts handle and a lock, it comes with two keys which open all the doors except the lower left. The top section has three fixed shelves 22cm (8 ¾in) deep and the base has two fixed shelves 34cm (13 ½in) deep. The shelves all have dark blue faux leather skirts which are held to the shelves by means of a bar fixed to the underside of the shelf.
Condition
This is in extremely good condition. There is a small dent to the top surface and a couple of very minor chips to the very back edge on the right hand side (just at the foot of the top section). The skirts on the shelves are brittle and curved but could be easily changed or removed.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or if you would like more photos.
The overall dimensions at the largest points are approximately
Width 160cm wide (63in)
Depth 40.5cm (16in)
Height 213.5cm (84in)
