For sale today we have this stunning William Moorcroft Ochre Spanish vase. On the very pretty M49 shape, the body features varied blooms, buds and foliage in a scrolling pattern. While the top rim has further stems, blooms and buds in a band. The ground is a very pale ochre while the top rim is a mottled blue. Overall a striking piece and not at all like the majority of Spanish vases. Circa 1916.

Stands 6 1/2" tall x 3 1/2" dia. Stamped Moorcroft, Burslem, England along with William's hand written green signature.
