A striking French brass cased carriage antique clock. An enamel dial with Roman numerals, 5 minute outer markers and blued steel hands. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the hours and half hours on a gong. Numbered 30 and stamped GR. A lever escapement. Marked to the dial 'J Schoolbred & Co (London) as retailers. Circa 1890.
