For sale is an attractive Spode English Imari Pattern Plate.

This early Spode transferware plate is decorated with an English Imari pattern consisting of a floral design in iron red, china blue and green. The back of the plate carries the early 19th century blue Spode mark along with the pattern number 2054. The pattern number dates the plate to somewhere around 1815.

The plate is approximately 9 1/2 inches in diameter and is in a good antique condition with no chips cracks or repairs. However, the decoration does carry some wear in places particularly at points that would have involved contact between multiple plates when stacked.
