Superb set of dining chairs with solid walnut frames, comprising of 6 chairs and 2 carvers. The back rest on these chairs are beautifully carved with shaped uprights and central splats which leads down to splay legs. The elegant cabriole to the front have carved knees and end in lion paw feet. The 2 carvers have open arms curved for your elbow. All upholstered with a striped floral fabric which is clean with no rips however there is some missing trim which could easily be replaced. Like all antique furniture there are some imperfections in line with age and use however they are a solid set with wonderful colouring and patina ready for every day use. Well crafted chairs that provide both style & function to be welcomed around any table.
