This is just FABULOUS! 3 rows of baguette sapphires totalling approximately 3.20 carats plus 4 rows of 48 diamonds approximately 0.02 carats each = 0.96 carats total. All set in 18 carat white gold. The setting measures 23.33 mm across and 18.85 mm tall. The ring size is N and may be altered only slightly. Weight 10.34 grams
