Ruby and Diamond 1940s Ring Ring French ArtDeco
Late Art Deco ring set with 1.35ct of Old european cut diamonds set in platinum with channel set rubies (possibly synthetic as there was a shortage of natural rubies at this time due to the war. Because of this, a large proportion of rings made at this time used synthetic rubies. This is also proof of the genuine age of the item.) It is French, 18ct gold and platinum and stamped with the French control marks (Eagle's head and Dog's head). Weight 9.7gms, Finger size L (52) which we can resize for you in our workshop.
