This pretty ring has a raised ruby approximately 0.30 points of a carat set in 18 carat yellow gold and diamonds set in 18 carat white gold with an 18 carat yellow gold band. The setting measures 19mm across including the diamond shoulders and 8.95 mm wide. Hallmarked L & Co. The ring size is M but we have a superb jeweller who can resize without a trace.
