Designed by James Hadley for Royal Worcester, this rare 'Country Courtship' figural group incorporating spill holders was first made in 1881. Model No.828, it is in the popular Kate Greenaway style. This example is dated for 1882. It is in overall excellent condition with no evidence of restoration or repair and measures 15cm wide by 15.5cm high.
