Retro 18ct Gold 1.0ct Old Cut Diamond French Art Deco 1930s Antique Cluster Ring

Stunning 18 carat gold diamond cocktail ring.
This French Art Deco ring is so beautifully designed
Set to the center with a gorgeous 4.0mm old cut diamond in an attractive raised white gold setting.
It is surrounded by eight 2.5mm - 2.8mm old cut diamonds that are collet & peg set in a white gold crown.
Their total weight is about 1.00 carat, however due to the illusion setting it looks even greater
The diamonds are very clear, bright & sparkle beautifully.Colour H, SI.
The head is 14 mm diameter and it stands 11 mm proud of the shank.
It is size UK M1/2, USA 6 1/2 it would re size
The stylishly shaped thick shank is French hallmarked 18 ct gold at the base (Eagles head).It dates to the 1930/40's
This is a high quality ring that weighs an impressive 6.5 grams.
