Fine quality Regency era mahogany scroll arm desk chair c.1830. Solid mahogany frame featuring a beautifully carved curving backrest with scrolling detail repeated on the stretcher. Gracefully shaped arms with scrolling terminals raised on papyrus carved supports. Loose seat pad (height 18½") with needle point embroidered cover. Sabre front legs and curving rear stiles. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
