Pretty 19th Century French Walnut Sofa
This is a very pretty good quality French salon sofa in solid walnut with a rich cherry red upholstery. The sofa has a lovely raised scroll end design and the walnut frame is attractively carved and beaded throughout with a lovely parcel gilt finish. The upholstery and fabric are in good serviceable order and the piece has nice neat proportions measuring 114 cms wide 54 cms deep by 78 cms high. The seat area is 38 cms high with 105 cms between the arms and 43 cms depth. (Cushions are not included in the sale.)
