Pair of Victorian Pottery Urn Vases On Stands.
This highly decorative pair of vases show classical scenes to both vase & base with gilded surrounds to the scenes. The double handles on each vase are gilded. The back & sides of the vases & stands have a pink background with gilded floral decoration. The transfer design scenes have the signature Kaufmann which was used in late Victorian times when they copied Royal Vienna porcelain for the mass market.
Condition base of one vase has a professional historic repair which can be seen in photo ( not obvious ) look at colour variation in photo. Otherwise in very good condition. Slight crazing to glaze as can be expected. Highly Decorative item.
