Splendid pair of large Charles II style armchairs c.1920. High backs with a square top and shallow wings over open arms, a sprung seat and loose feather cushions. Oak frame with carved front legs joined with a scrolling frieze and turned H stretchers. Upholstered in a well chosen fabric with a woven pattern of flowers against a blue ground with long tassel braid. Very good condition with clean and serviceable upholstery.
