Pair Georgian Welsh oak Armchairs fireside chairs

These are a good pair of North Wales oak fireside armchairs. They are late Georgian, early Victorian, dating to around 1820 - 1840. The chairs are a pair, His and Hers, one being slightly shorter in the leg and the back than the other, but otherwise identical.
The chairs have an inset mahogany diamond detail in the back rails and this identifies the maker as Williams of Talwrn, Anglesey. It is very rare to identify welsh antique furniture makers so clearly and rare to have a pair of such chairs.
The chairs have shepherds crook arms and vase shaped arm supports with square legs and stretchers. Pegged joints. They are a handsome pair of period Welsh chairs and will look good in a period setting.
The chairs are in good condition. I suspect the inset mahogany lozenge has been re veneered at some time? - see photo. No sign of worm or damage. Good and rare pieces.
The larger chair has a seat at 18 inches high and a back at 37 inches high and it is 21 inches from outside arm to outside arm.
The smaller chair has a seat at 18 inches high and the back is at 32 inches high and it is 21 inches from outside arm to outside arm.
