A large Tapa Cloth measuring 12'8" x 5'6", which probably originated in the South Pacific island of Tonga. Tapa is known and valued throughout Polynesia where it is made from tree bark, usually the bark of the Mulberry tree. Tongan tapa traditionally has a grid of squares with geometric panels and repeated motifs such as fish, birds and plants.

This cloth is in good condition with fold marks but no holes or rips. All items are sold with a 14 day money back guarantee.
