Oil Painting Of Still Life Fruit By Jozsef Molnar
FINE QUALITY OIL PAINTING OF STILL LIFE FRUIT BY SOUGHT AFTER HUNGARIAN ARTIST JOZSEF MOLNAR PRESENTED IN THE ORIGINAL SWEPT GILT DECORATIVE FRAME.
This is a beautifully executed Still Life oil on canvas laid to board by the Hungarian artist JOZSEF MOLNAR.
The painting depicts a display of grapes, vine leaves and a peach in a gilded tazza, alongside a similar candlestick and a matching goblet.
These items are sitting on a carved table partially draped with a blue cloth.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Jozsef Molnar was born in Hungary in 1929. He studied at the Jozsef Attila School and well as receiving private lessons. He became the pupil of the artist Karoli Szegvary and Peter Kloton.
His work is in the manner of the Dutch Baroque painters.
His work mainly comes to the market on the Continent.
The artist is often confused with an earlier Jozsef Molner.
FRAME
The painting is framed in an ornate 2" swept gilt frame and will be supplied wired and ready to hang.
CONDITION
Excellent condition throughout with no craquelure or paint loss.Clean and beautifully finished frame.
