Octagonal Bronze Sundial
A good, genuine, bronze octagonal sundial. The plate is 12” across the flats, and is dated 1805. It also features the inscription- L’heure passe, l’amitié reste – “The hours pass, friendship remains”. Both the plate and the gnomon have beautiful colour and patination.
