Fine quality little mid 19th.c. mahogany bookcase c.1850. Useful narrow dimensions, just 38″ wide at the cornice. Glazed two door top fitted with four adjustable shelves which can be positioned as required by sliding them in and out of the grooves on the sides. Over a two door cupboard base with a slim drawer hidden in the waist. Simple uncluttered design with no door antique furniture to detract from the symmetrically arranged flame mahogany veneers on the front. Flared cornice, raised mouldings around the door panels and a moulded plinth. Mahogany drawer linings. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Key supplied.
