Vintage Suitcase - WW1 Link - c1920

An English suitcase of useful proportions presented in pleasing vintage order. A quality manufacture with strong leather trimming.

The case bears stamps to the handle with 1915 at one end and 1918 at the other - clearly an association with the end of the first world war.

This must have seen plenty of rail stations over the years judging by the porter's stickers evident.

The suitcase will make a great display or utility piece either in the home or perhaps a retail environment. It certainly would be fun to use as luggage and as it benefits from fully functioning catches could be.

The case is in solid vintage order throughout as seen in the images. The interior has a stripy fabric lining.
