A very beautiful enamel Stratton 'Rondette' compact with an unusual feature - it is a double mirror compact which is not common for a Stratton compact from this era. There isn't any enamel loss or fading.
The compact is in excellent condition. All clasps & hinges work perfectly. The mirrors are good & give very good reflections - slight age related haze on the bottom mirror. The top mirror shows a normal reflection & the bottom is a magnifying mirror. The base is decorated with the famous Stratton star design & signed 'Stratton MADE IN ENGLAND'.
This lovely compact measures 2 3/32 & weighs 74.1 grams.
