Japanese Imari plate decorated in underglaze blue as well as other enamels, including red, green, yellow, aubergine and gold. The interior shows fish, seaweed and stylised waves. The reverse shows a strong pattern formed by the same enamels. The central base has a 4 character mark in Kanji characters - 'Fu ki cho shun' .Dates from mid-Edo period - 1730 - 60.
Condition good.
