A metal cased aneroid barometer for maritime purposes. An ebonised metal case with a brass bezel surround. An enamel dial with scale from 25 to 31 signed 'Hughes and son LTD, Fenchurch St London'. A Circa 1915.

H Hughes & Son were makers for the Royal Navy, specialising in the manufacture of nautical instruments.
