This is a good quality late 19th century table lamp in the Corinthian style dating from around 1900. The lamp is beautifully crafted with gilt bronze mounts that have superb detail supporting the Italian marble base and column. The shaft of the lamp is in a wonderfully figured Italian brown marble and the base in a lovely golden yellow Onice Miele Marble. The lamp has been recently rewired with tasteful gold braided cable that maintains the authenticity of the piece. The lamp measures in height overall including the shade and the shade is in diameter.
