Circa 1830 a good George IV two step mahogany commode, top with green leather insert which is tooled and gilded, top is hinged and open to reveal an uninterrupted interior, the front there is a small apron which pulls out to reveal another leather covered step, all resting on 4 elegant turned and tapering legs, the commode has great colour and patination.
