Fusee Skeleton Timepiece
A most attractive and good quality 8 day English Fusee Skeleton Clock by G V Blunt, London. The thick, well finished plates with 6 ballister pillars, chain fusee 6 spoke train wheels, spoked motion-wheels and decoratively pierced barrel-cap. Well fretted, silvered, engraved chapter-ring and blued steel hands. Oval rosewood veneered base with brass stringing and glass shade.
C. 1860 Just 12”/30cm overall.
