A very fine & rare Daum vase.
Inscribed Lorrain & signed to the base.
A most stunning vase with immense history.
We have researched the authenticity of this fine vase & have numerous details regarding the background of the factory where it was produced namely the "Verreries D'Art Lorrain"
Previously the factory was known as "Croismare Glassworks" near Luneville, Daum took the factory over in 1927.
The production facility was acquired for the purpose of competing with such as Lalique to supply a great demand for the art deco market, particularly in the US.
The vase is a real, statement piece.
