French 3 Seater Sofa, Circa 1920
Good quality French louis xv style paint & gilt three seater sofa, circa 1920 and in very good condition
The frame is very well carved with the serpentine style you would expect and also the floral carvings which are then gilt highlighted too
Structurally, this is a good solid sofa, a good size and very comfortable with a good seat depth
Three cushions to the seat and the back is a fixed sprung cushion back - priced as you see it here, but I can have this re upholstered for you
The current fabric is vintage, but in a good condition, perhaps the cushions could have a little feather filling.
The sofa measures 72`` wide
I have various pairs of chairs that this would work with too if you wanted to build up a suite?
