First Period Worcester Fig Leaf Dish Ex-Zorensky
Lovely and unusual first period Worcester fig leaf dish with finely modelled vein decoration and painted in polychrome enamels with a pale green and yellow border and scattered garden flowers.
Provenance: the Zorensky collection as illustrated in Spero & Sandon, page 118, plate 85. It has lost it's collection sticker but you can see from the details it is the same dish.
It measures 19cm (7 3/8") long, 17cm (6 3/4") wide and 4cm (1 5/8") high. Condition is excellent with no damage or restoration. Surface wear is light, just to a couple of tiny places on the rose. There is a small firing line along the side of the stalk and a few kiln dust dots. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque. If you prefer to pay by Stripe please go to our website where we offer that option and additionally options to "Pay in 30 days" and to pay in 3 instalments, all securely supported.
Price includes UK shipping. Worldwide shipping is also available, please ask for a cost.
We wish to ensure all our customers are happy with their purchases and offer a full no quibble return policy for all items returned within 14 days. We ask that returns are notified within 7 days where possible. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility in terms of cost and safeguarding the item through transit.
