A pretty Worcester cream boat, press moulded in a low Chelsea ewer shape with spiral lobed walls and corresponding shaped rim and foot. Acanthus leaf mouldings around the base and a snake's head handle with thumb rest. Painted in the European style with floral sprays in bright enamels and a gilt rim. Unmarked, c.1765.

It measures 6.6cm (2 5/8") high, 11.5cm (4 1/2") long and 7cm (2 3/4") wide.

In excellent condition with no damage, repair or restoration. Very minor handling wear, mainly just a bit of rubbing to gilt rim in places. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
