Evening Light, A February Day by William Manners

Inscribed and dated verso.
William Manners (1860-1930) was a Yorkshire artist, born in Bradford, who painted almost entirely in watercolours and gouache. He lived in Otley before moving to The Lake District, where many of his scenes are painted.
He was elected a member of the Royal Society of British Artists in 1893.
