Eugene Baudin and Lucien Gaillard Art Nouveau Secessionist Porcelain and Silver Vase.

A beautiful and high quality porcelain and silvered metal antique Art Nouveau Secessionist specimen vase by Eugene Baudin and Lucien Gaillard.

The vase is finely potted with an elongated neck and is beautifully high fired with running glazes in deep blues on a mauve background and then encased in a delicate Secessionist silvered metal shroud to the main body.

Eugene Baudin was both a porcelain artist and political activist involved in French social reforms in the late 19th century.

Condition: In superb unblemished condition.

Size: 16cm high.

Date: c1900.

Marks: No markings.
