English Silver Photograph Frame - Chester 1923
A beautiful and very elegant shaped photograph frame incorporating the organic curves of the Art Nouveau era and the simplicity of the Art Deco era.
The back is solid English Oak with a hinged easel back stand. The silver is fully hallmarked for the highly collectable Chester assay office and the year 1923, nearly 100 years old. The makers mark is also present for the well renowned silversmith, James Deakin & Sons - John & William Deakin.
Excellent condition with an overall measurement of 6 1/2" x 5" with a glazed aperture measuring 5 1/4" x 3 3/4".
