This is a fabulous, rare design, Springer Spaniel Dog Brooch of the Art Deco period and made by the respected Charles Horner of Halifax (and shown on page 239 of Tom J Lawson's book) it is made of French Bakelite (Casein), in immaculate condition, it is a fine example with an almost golden/bronze wash, wearing a blue collar - measuring c2" inch it is a substantial vintage piece in the finest of order. A simple period c catch pin is present to the rear, super collectable piece that will certainly not disappoint!
