RUBY & DIAMOND CLUSTER RING C1925
This is a lovely unusual ruby and diamond cluster ring. Cabachons were very popular in the 1920s as they were admired for the beauty of the stone without any facets. This ring is all in platinum, the ruby is approximately 2.80 carats and there are 10 bright white diamonds plus 2 small diamonds on the shoulders totalling approximately 1.70 carats. As with this period the ring is flat and easy to wear-will not catch on anything. The setting measures 17.05 mm x 16.30 mm and the ring size is L but we have a superb jeweller who can resize without a trace.
