We are offering for sale this large, turn of the last century still life watercolour, which is, sadly, unsigned. The painting depicts a tall, green pottery jug which is filled with several varieties of daffodils, including some doubles. There are four more lying on the table in front of the jug.

The painting has been beautifully executed and its subject is a harbinger of Spring, especially in these dark days.

The painting is double mounted in cream and is framed in a 1 1/8 inch wooden frame with gilt inner rim. It will be supplied with new brass hangers, new brass picture wire and will be ready to hang.

Medium: Watercolours on paper

Condition: Very good. There is no foxing or damage to the painting and the mounts, glass and frame are in very good condition.
