We are offering this elegant Table Lamp in moulded Copper, which had been converted in the past from an Art Nouveau Copper Vase. The bespoke shade has been made by the firm that made the lampshades for the Downton Abbey, Mr. Selfridge, Peaky Blinders TV series.

The base features the Copper Vase with two different classical scenes on opposing sides, double scroll handles with masks and an ebonised wooden base. The cap and column are brass. On one side are a pair of classical figures wearing draperies, flying through the heavens, and on the other a drapery clad woman, possibly Pandora, opening a box.

The bespoke shade is in the Saltzburg style and has been made in copper silk, toning gimp braid, with long black fringe overlaid with black and copper beaded fringe.

The lamp has been rewired in black braided fabric covered flex in the antique manner and has all new fittings, including a safer switched lampholder, shade carrier and black plug..

Height to top of shade: 26 1/2" - 67.25cm

Diameter of shade: 13" - 33cm

Diameter of base: 5 3/4" - 14.6cm

Materials: Copper, brass, wood and silk.

Condition: Very good. The lamp is in very good condition and the shade is new.
