This is a very smart brooch. There are approximately 0.45 carats of diamonds set in platinum and the bow is 18 carat yellow gold. The brooch measures 2 1/4 inches ( 5.50 cms) high x 1 1/2 inches (4 cms) at its widest point. It has a very secure fastening. Weight 16.64 grams
