An unusual Chinoiserie card or games table. The rectangular shaped top having recessed rounded corners with typical Chinese scenes including pagoda, tree, islands, junk, bird and snow topped mountains. The decoration is in raised lacquer with gilded highlights set within a gilded border. The top opens and swivels to reveal a baised line playing surface.The shaped frieze with gilded outline and contains a single drawer.
