A good quality solid quartered Oak compactum C.1930, comprising two panelled doors with typical turned Heals model handles and channelled edge moulding, on 'swept' feet, it has two fixed shelves inside but the bearers for these could be moved to suit. The condition is extremely good and solid throughout, there are some minor indentations in the top (photo) but the general condition is commensurate with its age. The show-wood has been sympathetically cleaned by me (time served professional restorer of 40 years) with no additional finishing apart from a clear waxing. (The photos really don't do the true colour of this piece justice)
