Circa 1920's. A stylish unusual walnut metamorphic table, by 'Fred Frances Foster of the Cotswold School'. The rectangular table, the top in book matched walnut, is hinged and when lifted the table expands with two more folded sections, each with the visible brass strap hinges on each of the additional sections, resting on multiple square legs with beading on the
fore-edge braced by conforming stretchers, a hinged mechanism in the center which supports the table when open.
