We are offering this lovely pierced brass Table Lamp, which was converted to electricity from a Victorian Oil Lamp, and its bespoke shade by the makers of the Downton Abbey, Mr. Selfridge, etc. TV series lampshades.

The ornate base comprises two brass flower and foliate pierced bulbous section on top of an ornamented circular brass base.

The shade is in the 'Paris' style and is made in black and gold damask, with the panels in gold silk. The shade is trimmed with gold fringe, black & gold braid, the corners of the panels are overlaid with black and gold beads and on the point of the panels is a black and gold beaded tassel.

The lamp has been rewired with pale gold, antique style, braided flex and has all new fittings, including plug, shade carrier and safer switched lampholder. As with all electrical items, it is recommended that it be checked by a qualified electrician before use.

Height to top of shade: 24 1/2" - 62.25cm

Diameter of shade: 14" - 35.55cm

Diameter of base: 5 - 12.7cm

Material: Brass

Condition: Very good. There is no damage to the base and the shade is new.
