This chair is of generous proportions and provides a wonderful chair to relax in.
The mahogany frame with the carved cabriole to the front with fine leaf carving.
The moulded frame to the back sweeps around the deep buttoned fine leather back, then to the padded leather arms and joins the serpentine front seat and front legs..
We have re-upholstered the chair in fine leather hide in a raw state before our specialist has hand dyed it in our own olive green, before applying the final antique finish. You wouldn’t know that this is not the original leather, but it is now ready for another 50 years of use.
