This is a stunning Persian rug dating from the early 20th century. The rug has fine detail and is profusely decorated throughout with millfiore design. It has a central pole medallion within stylised spandrels enclosed within multiple borders. The rug is part silk in its weave and has a really appealing range of colours in the design.
The rug measures 147 cms by 101 cms and is in excellent order.
