a charming sheraton period mahogany work and reading table.
standing on four square tapering legs with cross stretcher.
the work bag, covered in gold material, slides out to one side, at the other is a oak lined drawer with section for pens etc. the cross banded top with book rest can be raised to various angles. inlay detailing to the legs, stretcher, drawer edges and top.
in fine original condition, this is a very high quality piece.
