Circa 1880. A pair of late Victorian mahogany satin birch and stenciled bedside cabinets. The rectangular tops with rounded corners with a stylish moulded fore-edge and stenciled banding, with a full length paneled door also with stenciling. Inside each of the cupboards is a single shelf, the fore-edges are rounded with stenciling in the top and on the facing. Beneath the door is an ebonized ogee moulding and both cabinets rest on a pair of enclosed plinths that follow the form of the top.
