Published by Henry Frowde, undated but c.1916.

In fair condition only. Hardback with an illustrated front board, six coloured plates, illustrated endpapers and various line drawings in the text. The binding is worn and fragile. The spine is badly frayed and worn, with significant loss, and is splitting from the binding. The boards have some discolouration and marking and some bumping to the corners. Internally the hinges are split, exposing the sewing. There is a previous owner's inscription written on the half-title page. Internally the pages are discoloured and have some wear around the edges. Further images are available. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. Viewing is welcome, but please contact us before travelling as we are only open by appointment.
