Jugendstil 800 silver & red paste pendant by Lutz & Weiss,c1900.In 1882 Karl-Wilhelm Lutz and Friedrich Weiss became partners & set up a company manufacturing silverware, gold & silver chains.Before the end of the century the company was a leading manufacturer of silverware & cutlery. Their business was located in Pforzheim - the gate way to the Black Forest,Germany.Pendant & chain in very good condition.Pendant measures - 2.5cm x 3.5cm.Total chain length - 40cm.
